Richmond trainer Margaret Rossendell has a great strike rate at the Devonport track and that could continue this afternoon with Hello Benny looking a great winning chance in race nine. Although having his first start on the track he looks well suited in box two after winning at Hobart from box one in the smart time of 26.14.
Go Sush has very poor recent form but he has jumped from box five at his three most recent starts. Today he will carry the red vest in race five and should be able to turn his form around.
Today’s eleven event programme will feature eight heats of the WHK Classic which sees most of the state’s best grade four and five greyhounds chasing a spot in next weeks final.
The first of the eleven races starts at 12.44 with the final event set to go at 3.39.
