The North West Greyhound Racing Club’s meeting today will be run as a twilight meeting with the first event to start at 3.52 and the last of eleven races at 7.19.

Today’s meeting features four semi finals of the Betfair Tasmanian Breeders Classic.

Locally trained Cruising Bond looks a great chance in the first semi after recording 25.95 in her heat and she won a Juvenile last Tuesday in a best of the day time of 25.77.

Southern trained quartet Fair Chance, Diavlo, Falsetto and Swanky Blue should have a battle for the minor placings.

Jack O’Rielly should be very hard to beat from box one in the second semi-final after winning his heat in a time of 26.01.

Frytson, Muckle Flugga, Terror Time and Son Of Solo also performed well in their heats and loom as the m ain dangers.

She’s All Class will be very short in the third semi-final after recording a series best time of 25.85 in her heat.

The unbeaten daughter of Dyna Lachlan and It’s A She is a brilliant beginner with sizzling early speed.

Chosen Jewel looks next best after an impressive heat win in 26.13.

She’s A Boomer and Baines Lane look a good quinella in the final semi-final with Baines Lane holding a 4.5 length time advantage.
