A strong eleven race card featuring the Finals of the Greyhound Owners Trainers and Breeders association series will provide punters with plenty of winning options at Tattersall’s Park tonight. In the Division Two Final (R8) it is impossible to go past the Brendan Pursell trained Despicable Ben who has drawn the coveted red box. This well bred son of Westmead Hawk has won five from his six starts and is looking for a hat trick of wins here.
Hardest to beat will be Real Caution and the consistent Peter Phillips trained runner Dirty Rich. You Make Me (R1), a daughter of Give Me Five had no luck in her race last week after an excellent second to Buckle Up Fletch the week before. The Nick Howard trained youngster jumps from seven which should suit. Her main opposition will come from recent placegetters Street Style and Hurricane Nell. Midnight Bird (R11) trained by Mick Dobson has had just the one win from eleven starts but is a powerful finisher and looks hard to hold out. Golden Sage and Miss Chang Yow should run their honest races.
