MORE than two-thirds of the dams represented in the catalogue for the Tasmania Premier Harness Yearling Sale, to be held at Inveresk Showground, Launceston on Saturday, January 7, are either race-winning or winning-producing mares.

The list of race winners includes a swag of Group, classic and sub two-minute performers. They are headed up by Cosmic Ice 1:58.4, winner of the NZ 2YO Sires’ Stakes 2YO Fillies Championship and Tasmanian Oaks, and Cam River 1:58.6, whose successes include the Evicus Stakes, Bandbox Stakes and 3YO Fillies Championship.
