CHAMPION jockey Damien Oliver will be riding in Hobart on Friday and Monday.
Oliver is booked to partner the David Brideoake-trained mare Our Harmony in the $125,000 Group 3 Bow Mistress Trophy (1200m) for fillies and mares on Friday and he will partner the Peter Moody-trained Metaphorical in the $200,000 Group 3 Hobart Cup on Monday.
Oliver has no other rides on Friday but he is expected to take other rides on Monday.
Our Harmony has been placed at her only two stats this time in for a first-up third at Flemington in a benchmark90 handicap over 1000 metres and last start she was second in similar company to Choose at Moonee Valley last Saturday week.
Metaphorical resumed racing from a spell in late November with the Hobart Cup in mind and she has finished no further back that fourth at her four starts this preparation.
The Peter Moody-trained mare has yet to win beyond 2040m.
Final acceptances for the Hobart Cup are due at 9am tomorrow.
