Thursday night at Hobart is an 11 event card with 4 heats of the HGRC maiden series being held over the 461m and should provide some exciting racing and close contests. Race 10 is a grade 4 event which is the highest grade over the 461m on the program and Moonah trainer Graeme Moate could land the trifecta in this event with the likely favourite BLACK SHUCK (box 8) who looks like leading and will be hard to catch. STYLISH MORGAN comes from (box 2) and he will be slow to begin but he will be storming home at the finish and with a clear passage he could prove too strong and Moate’s other runner is MR. PATONG (box 5) who is more the capable if everything goes his way.
