THE Tasmanian Harness Carnival kicks off with feature races at Devonport on December 12 followed by a brilliant card at The TOTE Racing Centre in Launceston on December 19.
The carnival concludes with the Group 1 Tasmania Cup meeting at Tattersall’s Park in Hobart and the Tasmanian Pacing Club is excited about its premier meeting falling on Boxing Day.
