Tasmanian Greyhound Owners, Trainers and Breeders finals for all divisions should provide a terrific night’s racing at Tattersall’s Park tonight.
High Choice (R6) recorded the fastest time by a Tasbred greyhound two starts back when she stopped the clock at 25.98 and while up against some stiff opposition tonight from the coveted rails box she should give a bold sight again for punters.
Trying to find the multiples in the race will prove difficult and on best times it should be a very close finish.
The start will be all important with Buzzin’ Mercury Morris Fisherman and Eagle Eye all capable of winning with fast starts.
Samurai Kid (R8) for Westbury trainer Jill Stamford was super impressive last week and a repeat of that run will see this son of Bond go close again.
Hardest to beat will be the pacy Sonny’s Brindle while First Sergeant may sneak a place at odds.
The juvenile final (R3) should see Callamac Ace salute for Ian Callinan. At his first start last week this Where’s Hoover youngster won well in a quick 26.49 and could be a greyhound to follow over the coming months.
Lucy Gaga and kennelmate Callamac Kid look his main opposition.
Sultan’s Swing (R5) and track record holder Thirteen Black (R4) should ensure punters have a winning night.
Best Bets: R4 # 7 Thirteen Black, R5 # 1 Sultan’s Swing, R6 # 1 High Choice.
Best E/W: R1 # 3 Fran Lee, R3 # 6 Callamac Ace, R8 # 3 Samurai Kid.
