LONGFORD thoroughbred trainer John Blacker will take a team of 10 to Sunday’s meeting at The TOTE Racing Centre in Launceston and expects to walk away with at least a double.
Blacker has increased stable numbers in recent weeks with a few of his better quality horses from last season returning to work.
While many of those are not quite ready to race he believes most of the horses he will present on Sunday are in winnable races, in particular Monalusive, North Lad, Final Words and Raging Baa.
