We head back up to the beautiful North West Coast for the running of the 7BU Burnie Cup which has bought together a very handy field with the obvious two being the Rohan Hillier trained Boss Major and the Rachel Williams trained Goggo Gee Gee. There is nothing between them with the start of the race being crucial. The states leading trainer Ben Yole has four runners with Frostyflyer looking his best chance.
The king of Burnie Craig Hayes will be looking to keep up his strike rate when his handy three-year-old filly Brookwillrock resumes and as long as she steps, she looks one of the better bets on the card.
