John Coffey, Alabar Bloodstock General Manager, will conduct a breeding seminar at the Crown Inn Pontville on Saturday night 15 August 2015. Topics to be covered include:
- Statistics on Foaling Numbers.
- Impact of Shuttle Stallions on Australian Breeding Industry.
- Finding Breeding Information on Websites.
- Breeding of Group One winners in 2014/15.
- Line Breeding and In Breeding
Veterinarian Dr Ewan Maskrey will be at the seminar and his topics will include care of the mare and foal after foaling.
All harness and thoroughbred breeders are welcome to attend. The seminar commences at 7.00 pm and meals can be ordered before or during the session.
John Coffey will also attend the harness meeting at UBET Park (Hobart) on Sunday night 16 August 2015. Elderslie Horse Care stallions will be paraded that night.
