Bridport husband and wife combination Jo and “Mick” Taylor don’t venture from the North of the State very often and when they travel to Hobart it usually means that they have a great winning chance. Blitzing Bailey (R3) has been impressive on both Northern tracks and should love the roomy Hobart circuit. Jumping from five shouldn’t worry this son of Dyna Lachlan with three wins from four starts in his short career to date. Lucky Nineteen and Regent Assassin loom as his main opposition.
See Blue’s Girl (R6) is a top class bitch in waiting and looks too classy from the cherry. Having won her last four in a row, Dilston trainer Pat Ryan has her flying and looks a good anchor in the multiples. Champagne Bound and Locknane Bruce look the hardest to beat. Star Chamber (R7) is a dog that just keeps on giving especially at Hobart and punters who follow this son of Lonesome Cry would have had a lot of winning nights, tonight looks no exception.
