Dilston Nugget, a very well bred son of Knocka Norris and Dilston Jewel, should be very hard to run down in race three.
Placed at two of his four starts he has good early speed and his close second to Near History suggests he will be very competitive today from box one.
The Invitation is wide open with an injury cloud over Irinka Julia and she may be a scratching.
Left Seattle is racing well and should be in the finish while Pendle Beri put in a solid effort when third to Rewind and Monahan Bully races well on the Devonport track.
There will be no racing at Devonport for the next two weeks because of the Devonport Show. Racing next Tuesday (November 26) will be in Hobart and the following week the NWGRC meeting will be held in Launceston on December 4.
