THE divisional finals of the JG Nelson Cup will be run in Launceston on July 25 but they won’t be the only features on the night.

The Launceston harness meeting scheduled for July 20 (Wednesday) has been transferred to July 25 making it a dual code meeting.

The LGRC also has secured some incentives for the winners in each division of the JG nelson Cup.

A deal has been struck with Rocky Ridge Farm that stands a number of well credentialed sires.

The connections of the winner of the division three final will win a free service to Lochinvar Marlow whose frozen semen costs $770.

Connections of the division two winner will receive a free service toEliteState($1110 fee) while the owners of the Division one winner will collect a service to Knocka Norris ($1100).

All services are for frozen semen only not natural services.

The heats of the JG Nelson Cup will be run at The TOTE Racing Centre on July 18.
