THERE has been some great greyhound litters bred in Tasmania over the years but one that has been burning up the tracks to produce amazing feats create some amazing firsts is the Mogambo-Dennes Point litter bred by brothers Gary and Greg Fahey with Gary given the task of training the litter of five.

A week ago three from the litter Breaker’s Tip, Bruny Venture and Soul Sister snared the trifecta in a juvenile over 515 metres in Launceston and in another race two of the remaining litter siblings Rip and Tear and Touch of Venus ran the quinella in another juvenile.

That was quite an astounding feat but the litter was at it again at The TOTE Racing Centre tonight again filling all three placings with Bruny Venture scoring from his litter sisters Soul Sister and Touch of Venus.

It was another brilliant performance from Bruny Venture that flew the lids from box five to find the lead nearing the first turn and sped clear while his sisters followed through to stake their claims.

But Bruny Venture was too strong and won convincingly from Soul Sister that tried valiantly with Touch of Venus running on strongly to hold third.

To make the night complete for the Fahey brothers Rip and Tear led his rivals a merry chase to win a grade five and take his career statistics to six wins and five placings from 16 starts and confirm his status as a rising star.
