Driver Troy McDonald is enjoying the great run that the state’s leading trainer Ben Yole is having, McDonald had two winners last weekend, both coming for Yole across Launceston and Hobart.
McDonald will be hoping for similar success this weekend starting with the eight-race card in Launceston on Friday night, including a drive on New Norfolk Cup winner James Dean who won impressively on Monday.
McDonald recorded an episode of From the Stables with Duncan Dornauf leading into the meeting.
