Ten events at the TOTE racing centre and winners look well hidden with the exception being the main race, the Invitation Stakes, in which Tasmanian Oaks winner Emerald Lee should be too good for her opposition after drawing box three.
She is a brilliant young greyhound and owners Ian Sowell and Debbie Cannan will look to her being a very good matron when she retires, which at this stage looks a long way off.
Her toughest to beat appears to be track specialist Lika Whisper (Brendan Pursell) which saves his best for this track and last start winner Tadmore Dunoon (Ted Medhurst).
The clash of the night is in race eight where the in form Jennifer Ellen (Rod Ransley) and newcomer Shiraz Dream (Ted Medhurst) match motors .This race is the last leg of the exotics.
Race three appears as the toughest race of the night with Beaudine, The Tasmanian Derby winner for Butch Deverall, meeting last start winnersCanadianBay(Margaret Rossendell), Daisy Dasher (David Crosswell) and To Be Trew (Susan Gittus). All four greyhounds are very strong at the business end of their races.
The value runner on the programme is Disney Bound for trainer Robin Stocks. He is racing well and will be suited by the 600m.trip.
