Stylish Monty for Relbia trainer Tony Dawson looks very hard to beat despite drawing awkwardly in box 4 in Race 7 at Tattersall’s Park tonight.

This son of Where’s Pedro has been with Jill Stamford for his last few including a superb last start win at Devonport.

Tonight he will use all the long Hobart straight in an effort to breakthrough at Hobart, a track he hasn’t raced at this year, but his career record of 29 wins from 69 starts ensures him respect in this race.

Sandhog will use his two alley to jump on the rail early while Ronray Bomber should also run well.

Speedsters National Vision and newcomer Showtime (R10) look like running the quinella in the last. National Vision trained by David Crosswell has been in terrific form of late winning five of his last nine starts and although Showtime was very impressive last week running 26.29 at his first race start, National Vision looks all class and this should see him score.

St. Pierre (R6) looks to have this field covered on exposed NSW form for Mangalore trainer Debbie Cannan.

This son of Surf Lorian has raced twice in Tasmania for two thirds in Invitation class at Devonport, tonight a drop in grade should see him be first home.

Kennelmate Vane Man and Pearl’s Snow will be his main opposition.

Youngster Mr. Issues (R8) with any luck should be an anchor in the last leg of the quadrella.

Best Bets: R1 # 1 Fran Lee, R6 # 6 St. Pierre, R7 # 4 Stylish Monty.

Best E/W: R3 # 4 Bronko Pete, R8 # 4 Mr Issues, R10 # 2 National Vision.
