The three Easter finals and a strong supporting card should give punter’s an opportunity to build a bank for Easter.

In the Easter Cup (R6) Damek will clash with Sultan’s Swing in what should be a great spectacle.

Damek hugged the rail last week and because of the heavy rain he took almost the length of the back straight to arrest the lead off Beau Joker to eventually run away to win by 5 1/4 in an impressive 26.03.

Sultan’s Swing flew the lids last week and the result was never in doubt beating outsider Aries in 26.17 by 7 lengths.

Damek and Sultan’s Swing have won thirty two races between them on the Hobart track and both are the progeny of champion sire Big Daddy Cool.

Damek should have the speed to jump and cross the field and if he does it’s all over, if Sultan’s Swing can lead clearly then the race is on.

The Easter Plate Final (R8) also looks like a two dog race with Russell Watt’s Pudzianowski against Mick Stringer’s Rybenbrook.

Pudzianowski named after the World’s strongest man lived up to the name last week in the wet recording BON 25.99 to score by eleven lengths while Rybenbrook’s class just got him home after being blocked for a run in the straight.

While the Easter Purse Final (R4) is wide open perhaps Americain Black each way for Mowbray trainer Reg Dickenson.

Best Bets: R4 No 7 Clyde’s Angel, R7 No 1 Awesome Naz, R8 No 1 Pudzianowski.

Best E/W: R2 No 8 Topline On Time, R5 No 1 Galtee Again, R9 No 2 Bashy’s Boy.
