WELL bred dog I’m a A Fencer has made a great start to his career winning two of his first three starts.

I’m A Fencer opened his account with a juvenile win at Devonport and followed up with a luckless second from box eight in a juvenile in Launceston.

But his latest outing produced an impressive win in Hobart over 461 metres last Thursday night.

The David Crosswell-trained dog began fairly from box seven but mustered speed to cross and find the front at the top turn.

He spread-eagled the field in the home straight to hit the line with many lengths to spare over first-starter Sweet Julia with Regent Meteor a close-up third.

The Go Wild Teddy-Wooreddy dog is owned and raced by Kingsley Jarman.

Given his impeccable box manners he should win his way through the lower grades in quick smart time.
