I’M A FENCER (R1) for Longford trainer David Crosswell is in super form and after a fourteen length BON 30.02 win on Monday this Go Wild Teddy youngster should make it win number five from only eight starts.

Hardest to hold out will be the consistent Colma and the immature but speedy Poa’s Champ.

Eagle Eye (R5) looks great each way value in the Invitation currently quoted prepost at $9.00. This son of Bond is the King of The Tote Racing Centre and while he hasn’t won since late July, Deverell expects a forward showing and he was unlucky when bumped at the first corner on Monday when looking likely to lead.

Kialdu Anna drawn in the pink will be his main opposition while Shanlyn Sparky continues to be in good form.

National Vision (R7) again from the Crosswell kennel should return to the winner’s list jumping from the red.

His last win here was a sizzling 29.73 and he should lead easily from the boxes and given that the rest of the field won’t be able to catch him.

Best Bets: R1 # 2 I’m A Fencer, R7 # 1 National Vision, R8 # 7 Fire King.

Best E/W: R2 # 3 Raw Emotion, R6 # 7 Eagle Eye, R10 # 5 Cope.
