FORMER Tasmanian Guineas winner Vivre La Nett made it three wins in succession when she powered her way to victory in the Raine & Horne handicap over 1400 metres at Tattersall’s Park in Hobart on Thursday.

The Stephen Lockhart-trained mare is rejuvenated almost beyond belief given that she was virtually written off two seasons back when her form waned and was struggling to come to terms with racing.

But in the care of Lockhart she has found a glimpse of the form that made her one of the state’s best three-year-olds.

Vivre Le Nett (Savoire Vivre-Miss Nett) is owned by John “Lord” Farrell who persevered with the mare despite advice that she should be retired to stud.

“I am so pleased for Stephen (Lockhart) because he said he believed he had found the problems with this mare and he has proven that because she has won her past three starts,” Lord said.
