TASMANIAN multiple premiership-winning jockey Brendon McCoull returns to the saddle at Tattersall’s Park on Sunday after spending just over two months on the sidelines through injury.
McCoull suffered a broken collarbone and fractured shoulder as a result of a freak mishap behind the barriers in Hobart in June.
He has been back riding trackwork for the past three weeks and he has been riding a lot of trackwork to regain fitness.
McCoull has some plum rides for the David and Scott Brunton stable, in fact all of his rides (6) are aboard runners from that stable.
