TALENTED jockey Kim Moore remains in hospital following a fall from Kangarello in a maiden race at UBET Park Hobart yesterday.
Moore crashed to the turf when Kangarello appeared to clip the heels of another horse as the field entered the home straight.
Paramedics were quickly on the scene to attend to the fallen rider who was unconscious when they first arrived at her side.
However, when the rider regained consciousness she was able to move all of her limbs.
Moore remains in a stable condition at Royal Hobart Hospital where she will stay for at least another two days to undergo further tests to ensure there are no underlying problems associated with the fall.
The rider’s husband Andrew Moore wanted to thank all the well wishers who sent messages of support following the fall.
