LIGHTLY aced pup Night Tremors extended his winning sequence of wins when he powered home to take out the Division 3 final of the J. G nelson Cup over 515 metres at The TOTE Racing Centre in Launceston on Monday night.
It was his the Eileen Thomas-trained dog’s fifth win in succession and clearly his most impressive.
He began well from box six but had plenty of pressure from inside runners but he put the end result beyond doubt when he slipped into another gear to forge to the lead and extended the margin over the final 150 metres.
Night Tremors (Fear Zatonic-Night Storm) has won five of six and is unbeaten from two tries on the Launceston circuit.
