A further 9 greyhounds wearing the pink number eight rug raised $4,500 for the McGrath foundation on February 18 as the Go The Pink Dog! fundraising total reached $85,500 [171 winners] after Day 19 of the month long campaign.
This included three pink number 8 winners at The Meadows last night.

Every time a greyhound wearing the pink number 8 rug wins a race in Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania and Western Australia during February, state greyhound bodies are donating $500 to the McGrath Foundation, which creates breast awareness and currently employs 61 Breast Care Nurses across Australia.
