BREAKERS TIP has the form on the board to start a warm favourite to win a grade five event over 461 metres which is the last race on the 10-event card in Hobart tonight.

Breaker’s Tip (Mogambo-Dennes Point) is coming off an impressive juvenile win in Launceston last Monday week, the same night three of his litter siblings filled the trifecta in a juvenile race on the same card.

The Gary Fahey-trained litter of five has dominated in recent weeks and while Breaker’s Tip has drawn awkwardly in box six tonight he should have enough early speed to cross or at worst race outside of the lead.

The interesting runner is Raven Reign, owned and trained by Geoff Kennedy who has a knack of being able to rejuvenate dogs that have suffered injuries.

Raven Reign had his first start for Kennedy in Hobart last week and ran an encouraging third to Salegreys Chatta in a strong grade five over 461 metres.

The dog had good form before he suffered the injury so if Kennedy can keep him sound the dog could win a few races.
