AFTER compiling three consecutive wins in top grade at Devonport Senor Slamma will be aiming to expand his winning sequence at UBET Park Hobart tonight in the UBET.Com Stakes over 461 metres.
Senor Slamma has long been regarded one of Tasmania’s best sprinters and given his recent form at Devonport where he has won his past three the dog should be installed at a short quote but surprisingly he is very backable at $5 in some markets.
It is not an easy race with the in-form Star Chamber (4) and Hello Ay Jay (3) vying for favouritism with middle distance star Lillycette well in commission at $5.
This field contains some of the state’s best hopes to make it into the Group 1 Hobart Thousand including Prescribe and Elite Enfield.
The UBET.Com Stakes is race six on the card and is due to start at 9.22 pm.
