HANDY four-year-old pacer Stonor Rainbow delivered another stellar performance at Tattersall’s Park in Hobart tonight where he toyed with his rivals to win a C1 over 2090 metres.

With Nathan Ford in the sulk, the Steve Lucak-trained gelding showed his usual, zip from the front row to lead easily.

Once in front he showed his rivals a clean pair of plates as he powered his way to an effortless win over Grinable for Adrian Duggan with Miss Elsu a closing third and just ahead of the luckless Gosh Heza Rebel.

Stonor Rainbow was having his 25th starts with this his fourth win for Michael and Barry Weston and Ray Brown and he also has notched 13 minor placings for $27,000 in stakes to make him a handy money spinner.

Listen to what trainer Steve Lucak had to say about Stonor Rainbow’s latest win.
