Bit Hot Rusty competes in a Juvenile Graduation and looks extremely well graded. Although jumping from four this son of Bit Chili has been racing in Queensland’s north without success but at his first start back on Tasmanian soil he ran a close second to Boston Heart beaten a length in 26.30 on Thursday night. Steelo’s Mgic jumping from the pink looks his main opponent tonight while Nadastrom and Cavern Club could make up the multiples.
Good Odds Demon (R7) sizzled around here last week from this box winning by nearly four lengths to Rockvel and meets similar opposition here and should make it a hat trick of wins having won at Devonport two starts back. Oscar Ralph looks a great quinella option while Pipstar and Heliski will fight out the minor placings.
Magic Blue (R3) for Bridport’s Keith Krushka could finally win a race after twenty two starts. With the scratchings it leaves only five runners and with nine placings this son of Ninja Jamie could finally hit the line first. Riddle’s Girl and You Make Me for trifecta takers.
