The seminars will be held in October with the first on October 12 from 1-4pm in the Horse and Hounds Bar at Tattersall’s Park with the second seminar in Launceston the following day between 1-4pm on the second level at The TOTE Racing Centre at Mowbray (October 13).
SOME major changes to be to the state’s workplace health and safety act to be implemented next year will have an impact on Tasmania’s racing industry.
Tasracing’s OH&S manager Rick Dorling will facilitate seminars at both ends of the state next month that will give all racing industry participants and race clubs of all codes an opportunity to attend information sessions that will enlighten them on the new changes. click here .
